Emma Stone and her Career
Emma Stone is an actress born in Arizona, US. Her first film was Superbad in 2007. She received a nomination for the Golden Globe award for Best Actress for the role she played in movie “Easy A”. She played a lead role in this movie. She acted in some other films like Paper man, The House Bunny and Zombie Land. The other roles which are famous are in The Help, Gwen Stacy and Amazing Spider Man in 2012 & 2014. She was into the field of modeling before films and did modeling for Revlon.

Schooling:
Emma Stone shifted from Los Angeles to Greenwich Village in New York in the year 2009. She got many awards for her performance in the movies. Her father name is Jeff Stone who is a founder and CEO of contracting company and mother name is Krista who is a home maker. She is having a younger brother and his name is Spencer. She lived on the grounds of Camelback Inn resort from the age of 12. Her schooling till elementary standard was done in Sequoya Elementary school. For sixth grade she shifted to Coco pah middle school. For two years she did home school. During this time she learned acting with a local acting coach and she appeared in some of the productions such as Alice in Wonderland, The Princess and the Pea etc. at valley youth theater.

Career in the beginning:
After some days of college she convinced her parents to allow her shift to acting career. Then at the age of 15, she moved to Los Angeles along with her mother. Then she started home schooling again. Earlier she was called by name Emily Stone for which there had already a listing. So, she has chosen her stage name as Emma. But, her friends and family call her with the name Emily. Her first television act was “In Search of New Partridge Family” in 2004 in which her character name was Laurie Partridge. After that she acted in many television series as a guest star.

Career in movies till 2009:
Her first feature film was the comedy film ‘Superbad’ in 2007 with Michael Cera and Jonah Hill.          The next year in 2008, she acted with Teddy Gieger and Rainn Wilson in the comedy movie ‘The Rocker’. She acted as bass guitarist in this movie. For this role she learned to play bass. After that, she acted with Colin Hanks, Anna Faris and Kat Dennings in the romantic comedy movie called ‘The House Bunny’. In this movie her character name was Natalie.

Movies from 2009to 2014:
In 2009, she acted in the romantic comedy movie ‘Ghosts of Girl friends past’. In this movie she acted as  womanizing photographer and does not believe in love. Then she acted in one more horror comedy film ‘Zombieland’ in which she played as a survivor from Witchita, Kansas and travels with her sister. Later in the same year she acted in comedy movie Paper man as a babysitter. In 2010, she acted in ‘Marmaduke’ which is also a comedy movie. She acted with Justin Timberlake in Sex comedy movie, ‘Friends with benefits’. This was released in 2011.

Then she acted with Andrew Garfield in the movie called ‘The Amazing Spider man’ which was released in 2012.  then she worked with DreamWorks productions to the animated movie called ‘The Croods’. In  2014, the movie ‘Magic in the Moon light’ with Colin firth is going to be released soon.
